Once training has been completed the role will be predominantly speaking with new and existing customers in identifying and understanding their needs and to transact business in a professional manor whether it be making changes to existing policies or discussing new business products. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to continually develop your knowledge and skills to ensure you sell professionally and compliantly. This role will also include lots of interactions across different areas of the business, speaking directly with our existing customer base and also new business sales. Liaising with underwriters and working coherently with the rest of the team in the Honley Agency.
