Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all operations.
  • Maximise room occupancy using up-selling techniques.
  • Train and develop the Front Office team.
