Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer accounts/service environment.
  • Ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end customer experience including inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain accurate data in SAP/CRM.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.

Education

Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths, English and Science
NVQ Level 3 in customer service
