Qualifications

• Possess a full UK driving license, occasional travel required.
• Experience working for a Professional Services environment.
• Prior experience of end user IT support.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Supporting a variety of software packages and operating systems.
• Conducting stock checks regularly to ensure an adequate supply of hardware.

Skills

Experience of Office 365 administration

Good knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating system (10 - 11)

Experience supporting hardware – Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobiles

Basic knowledge of Windows Server Operating system (2016 and onwards)

Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
