Qualifications

  • A-Level education (or equivalent) plus an IT qualification or relevant professional experience.
  • Strong customer service ethos with a high sense of ownership.
  • Previous experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues.
  • Providing deskside and remote support across the Trust.
  • Managing IT tickets from start to resolution.
  • Supporting the implementation of new IT solutions.
