Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months experience in an IT Technician role, can include work placement.
• Trustworthy with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for hardware and software.
• Liaise with 3rd party support teams to resolve IT issues.
• Conduct phishing tests for all users.

Skills

User setup (Active Directory or 365)

Device setup (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android)

Computer problem solving

Proficient in the use of MS Office

Strong multi-tasking

Education

Higher level qualification in IT
