Job summary

A technology solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, manage user accounts, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Candidates must have strong IT support experience and knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
