Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of technical IT or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Document and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on project work.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex networking and operating system issues
Strong customer service focus
Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Strong ability to analyse trends in IT support
Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS)
Fluent in English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Associate’s degree with 5–8 years of experience
High School diploma with 7–10 years of experience
