Job summary

A leading coffee and tea company based in Maidenhead is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to supervise and enhance customer service operations. Key responsibilities include managing daily activities, resolving issues, and providing coaching to team members while ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role and a strong understanding of the Order to Cash process, along with expertise in SAP. The role requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Lead.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Order to Cash processes.
  • High level SAP skills and experience working with SAP systems in a Customer Services environment.
