Job summary

A prominent beverage company in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to supervise and lead a team in delivering exceptional service. This role involves ensuring optimal order processing, addressing customer complaints, and implementing improvements in service efficiency. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in customer service leadership, particularly in managing teams and processes related to order to cash, as well as high competencies in SAP and Excel analysis. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service Lead experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Order to Cash processes.
  • High level SAP skills and experience working in a Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the customer service team to improve service levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and process adherence.
  • Oversee daily order processing for Retail Irish & Professional MSUs.
