Job summary

A leading coffee and tea company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Maidenhead, United Kingdom. In this full-time role, you will provide outstanding service to B2B customers, manage order processes, and resolve inquiries with a target service level. Applicants should have relevant education or experience, strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable in order processing and logistics inquiries. The position requires on-site presence several days a week and may include hybrid weekend cover. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Degree or relevant job-related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the order processing and the OTC process.
  • Experience in handling Logistics enquiries from customers and 3rd party Logistics suppliers.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office: specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Exemplary communication skills – verbal and written.
  • UK right to work.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Resolve customer complaints and drive improvements.
  • Provide updates to customers on stock and deliveries.
  • Administer customer account data and ensure accuracy.
