Job summary

A leading technology firm in the UK is looking for a temporary PX Business Partner to drive organizational capability, support business strategies, and enable high-performing teams. With a focus on people strategies aligned with business goals, you'll provide coaching to leaders, data-driven insights, and lead strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor regulations, and excellent coaching skills. This role is initially for a maternity cover lasting about 10 months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic HR or People Business Partnering roles.
• Proven ability to guide leaders through change and growth.
• Experience managing complex employee lifecycle events.
