Job summary

A renowned catering company in High Wycombe is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join their team at a unique venue. You will be responsible for managing all desserts and ensuring high quality at events. The role offers an opportunity to work in a diverse environment and contribute to prestigious events while mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

  • Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
  • Ability to manage food ordering and inventory.
  • Very well organized with the ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all desserts and pastry for all events.
  • Ensure food quality and consistency across events.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and costing.
  • Support junior team members in delivering high-end events.
