Qualifications

• Experience working in a 5-star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide food/service to a consistent high standard.
• Manage stock levels for the section being overseen including ordering.
• Ensure presentation of food meets standards set by senior chefs.
