Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing housebuilder accounts.
• Ability to sell via specification and track projects through the supply chain.
• Confident presenting to architects, designers, and commercial developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders.
• Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel.
• Build strong relationships with builders’ merchants.
