Qualifications

  • Basic IT knowledge is useful but training will be provided.
  • Adequate numeracy skills for pricing and quoting.
  • Ability to look for solutions in challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Learning about products and services for customers.
  • Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotations.
  • Assisting with invoicing and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting stock control.
  • Working with various departments.
