Job summary

A leading compliance technology firm is looking for a Head of Sales for the ROW. This hands-on role involves closing complex enterprise deals, achieving sales quotas, and providing commercial leadership in the region. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, a proven track record selling to regulated financial institutions, and familiarity with sales methodologies. A commitment to integrity and ethics is paramount.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with over-achievement.
  • History of closing complex, high-value SaaS deals.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS sales discipline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Personally produce and close enterprise new-logo deals.
  • Own a defined new-logo territory and achieve quota.
  • Provide commercial leadership to the ROW sales team.

Skills

Proven enterprise salesperson
Experience selling to highly regulated financial institutions
Strong commercial judgement
Familiarity with SPICED and Challenger methodologies
