- Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi APs.
- Manage incident and request tickets with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed.
- Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults.
- At least 1 year’s support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, ideally with a networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it).
- Flexibility to work in our Solihull office on shift patterns between 7 am and 7 pm, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis.
- Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role.
- We're dynamic and fast‑paced.
- You'll bag a fantastic base salary of £28,000–£35,000.
