Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards.
- Delivering excellent service to all customers — polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling.
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently.
- Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team.
- Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities.
