Warehouse Operative

Anglia Tool Centre (a brand of Huws Gray Group) is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Pampisford branch.

We rely on our Warehouse Operatives to keep our shelves organised, handle stock efficiently, and deliver top‑class customer service. Working in a busy warehouse environment, you’ll be responsible for picking orders, loading and unloading deliveries, checking stock, and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading branch deliveries
• Ensuring incoming stock is accounted for and flagging missing or low stock levels
• Maintaining warehouse tidiness and compliance with health & safety guidelines
• Being security conscious to safeguard against stock theft

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or related environment is preferred but not essential
• willingness and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and performance
• Some availability to work shift patterns (including weekends and evenings)
• A forklift licence is an advantage but not required
