We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant (No Sponsorship Available), working in community-based Health Centres. As our Healthcare Assistant, you will be providing the best patient care while assisting our Sonographers as they carry out ultrasound scanning procedures to our NHS patients.

A valid driver's license and access to a car is essential for this role.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• To be responsible for transporting the portable ultrasound scanner and equipment from practice to practice as required ready for the start of the clinical session.
• To carry out patient care duties and to assist Sonographers and act as a Chaperone during the clinics, including use of IT equipment
• Providing aftercare for patients following scanning procedures
• To assist the sonographer in cleaning requirements as required
• Ensure that clinic rooms are clean and put back to how the room was at the start of the clinic
• To adhere to company policy and procedures in terms of health and safety, data protection and confidentiality.
• To maintain an inventory of clinical disposables and replenish as required in conjunction with Clinic Manager

As our Healthcare Assistant, you will be required to be available to work up to 37.5 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts.
