• Experience in supervising and managing junior staff.
• Evidence of Audit or QI activity.

Responsibilities

• Join the established team in Critical Care Outreach to support deteriorating patients.
• Line manage Band 6 staff and help develop them.
• Develop further by undertaking the Advanced Clinical Practitioner MSc.
