Analytical Product Development Scientist (36.5h Flexible Week)
Job summary
A leading life sciences company in Macclesfield is seeking an Analytical Product Development Scientist to support the analysis of pharmaceutical Oral Drug Products. The role involves performing various analyses, ensuring compliance, and documenting results accurately. Candidates should have knowledge in modern analytical techniques and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. This is a fulltime, permanent position with a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using traditional and modern analytical techniques.
- Review analytical data for GMP compliance.
- Support development and validation of analytical procedures.
- Prepare and approve results for tests.
- Train other employees in analytical techniques.
- Initiate and follow up OOS results and action limits.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in quality and service.
- Document data as per client policies.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and legible.
- Update documentation as requested.
- Participate in the preparation of reports.
