A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customs Operator for a prominent freight forwarder in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in customs clearance, with the confidence to complete full CDS import/export declarations. Responsibilities include managing customs declarations from start to finish and liaising with operations teams for efficient clearances. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customs clearance experience.
- Confident in completing full CDS import/export declarations.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Complete full CDS customs declarations from start to finish.
- Liaise with internal operations teams and clients for smooth clearances.
- Work with a wide range of cargo and general freight.
