Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar operational role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to carry out basic repairs and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of stock control processes and equipment handling.
• Full UK driving licence is required for parts delivery.
• Good IT and administrative skills, including experience with inventory or asset management systems.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working with chargers or technical hardware.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Forklift experience or certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe and compliant practices.
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely ordering of parts.
• Maintain a clean and well-structured warehouse environment.
• Conduct basic repairs on chargers and perform technical administration tasks.
• Deliver spare parts to field technicians and provide on-site support when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with the field team and Operations Manager.
