Crewing Coordinator

Join a dynamic, growing organisation delivering high-quality subsea services globally. We seek a talented Crewing Coordinator to join our onshore team. The role is based at our Ellon site and is on a full-time, permanent basis, with the flexibility to choose hybrid working.

The role

As Crewing Coordinator, you’ll support the project team with crew planning and all personnel logistics relating to crew assignments. This encompasses all aspects of personnel mobilisation and demobilisation and working with HR and Operations to ensure success. You’ll also assist in other tasks to keep the crewing function running smoothly and efficiently.

You'll have:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a crewing role
  • Knowledge of the ROV industry (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

This position is open to candidates who already have the right to work in the UK.
