Base pay range: $44,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

- The OEM Product Development Technician is responsible for building prototype mattresses and/or accessories to support new launches and/or quality or cost down initiatives, operating testing equipment, reporting on test data, analysis of sample accessories & mattresses, and assist in product failure analysis.
- Runs required tests
- Reports/analyzes test findings to designated personnel
- Manages samples outgoing to customers
- Ensures samples’ readiness to meet test plan & timelines
- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor
