Responsibilities


  • You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with our management.

  • You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.

  • You are responsible for the successful end‑to‑end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate (go-to-market) strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects and excellent customer experience.

  • You drive the further development of internal know‑how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of external partnerships.

  • You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.

  • You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.

  • You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team from all departments.

  • You represent OMMAX and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at events, trade shows, and universities.

  • You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment of top talent.


Qualifications


  • You hold a university degree with excellent performance in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).

  • You have 8+ years of professional experience in the digital environment, focusing on strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.

  • You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of the tech and/or commerce landscape, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the field of digital Marketing and Sales.

  • You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.

  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results‑oriented manner.

  • You excel in oral and written communication skills.

  • You are a service‑oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self‑responsibility and passion for your work.

  • You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
