Responsibilities

  • Ongoing vetting of third-party vendors.
  • Apply Vista Global Third-Party Vendor Standards.
  • Report regional variances to the Vendor Approvals Manager.
  • Onboard new operators.
  • Update and align databases and vendor records.
  • Add new aircraft based on sales demand.
  • Handle other duties as they arise.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Auditor to join our Malta Head Office or our Lisbon Office. The main purpose of this role is to perform quality oversight and vetting of our current third‑party vendors, as well as ensure that any new operator meets Vista’s level of quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ongoing vetting of third‑party vendors;
  • Ensuring that the Vista Global Third‑Party Vendor Standard is applied throughout the Group;
  • Ensuring regional variances required to the Standard are highlighted and reported to the Third‑Party Vendor Approvals Manager;
  • Reaching out to new operators to onboard as many operators as possible;
  • Ensuring that all databases and vendors are updated and aligned;
  • Ensuring new aircraft are added based on sales demand;
  • Other duties that may arise from time to time.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Auditing experience is a must, within the aviation industry is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and structured in approach to work
  • Attentive to detail
  • Understanding of how to prioritise while working under pressure
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.

The Third‑Party Vendor Approvals team is available 24/7. You will work an average of 40 hours per week covering a mix of mornings, afternoons, and evening shifts.
