The Role

We are looking for a Renewals Coordinator based in Theale, Reading. The role is hybrid: 3 days a week in office and remaining days remote, working GMT hours. This position is for U.K.–based candidates living in the U.K. Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship or transfers will not be provided.

As a Renewals Coordinator, you will enable customer contract renewals by providing pricing quotations, processing purchase orders, identifying contractual language, and driving renewals to closure. You will work closely with accounting, customer success and account management teams, ensuring recurring revenues and price uplifts.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Provide customer quotes for pricing of upcoming contract renewals
  • Secure purchase orders from customers to enable compliance
  • Identify contractual terms and conditions, with emphasis on pricing restrictions and support requirements
  • Assist in developing strategic pricing initiatives
  • Gather data and support renewal metrics reporting
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Success, and Account Management teams
  • Handle miscellaneous requests to drive contract renewals to closure
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Prior experience evaluating customer contracts (preferred)
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
