The Isles of Glencoe Hotel

Set in a spectacular location on the shores of Loch Leven, the Isles of Glencoe Hotel is a place where guests come to explore, relax, and soak up incredible views. Our team knows the area inside out – from mountain trails to hidden lochs – and they love sharing that knowledge with our guests.

About the role

We’re looking for a Hotel Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to lead the team and drive the success of this unique property.

You’ll be a self-starter with the vision to combine commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead, motivate, and engage your managers and teams, creating a coaching culture that brings out the best in everyone.

This is a full time (45 hours per week), permanent position working 5 days from 7.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall leadership and operational management of the hotel.
  • Driving revenue growth and profitability across all departments, with a particular focus on F&B.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, People, and more).
  • Ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
What we need from you
  • Significant experience in a General Management role within hospitality.
  • A strong F&B background – you understand what makes a great dining experience and how to deliver it.
  • Commercially astute with excellent financial management skills.
  • A natural leader with outstanding interpersonal skills – able to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in rural or destination settings and an understanding of leisure and group markets.
  • Knowledge of Scottish tourism trends and the wider social and economic environment.
