You will build strong working relationships with colleagues, using your natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate others, Working closely with the Senior Team, you will help manage the day-to-day management of staff across our care establishments. This includes coordinating short-notice staff cover, managing handovers, supporting new starter inductions, and assisting with staff performance monitoring and reporting.
In addition, you will lead by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred care—supporting residents' independence, dignity, and informed choices in line with their care plans. This includes overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures, where appropriate. You will also respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, providing compassionate care and support, while liaising with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

*£500 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid‑term probation review & £500 payable after successful probation period in the role. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norсe Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.*
