You’ll provide guidance and reassurance for other team members and enable Directors to spend more time drawing on their professional skills and personal experiences to create and deliver new services. Ultimately, you will be helping a social enterprise to succeed in its development stages and collectively achieve our goal to support more young people who are from disadvantaged backgrounds, Deaf/Blind and disabled.
