Job description
  • Location & Team:On-site roleinan open-plan office located in Altrincham, Cheshire. Part of a team of approximately 10 staff.
  • Reporting Lines:Reports to the Director (Helen) and Morgan (Senior Sales Administrator).
  • Company Profile:A bespoke textiles wholesaler with multiple brands (Alexander Maverick, Funki Fabrics, Friedmans), serving both B2B and B2C clients across various sectors such as leisure, gymnastics,interior design, and more.
Core Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Enquiries:Handle customerinquiries via phone, email, and website, offering product advice, dimensions, and material specifications.
  • System & Website Support:Assist with website issues (e.g., productinformation, order processing), and provide support for system usage.
  • Order Processing:Keyinorders for various courier services, process ordersinthein-house system.
  • Warehouse & Samples:Visit the warehouse to cut and post samples to customers.
  • Delivery & Logistics:Follow up on shipments, resolve delivery issues with couriers.
  • Purchasing & Stock Management:Place orders with suppliers, manage stock levels.
  • Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Additional Tasks:Cross-traininginother business areas as needed, possibly assisting with product selections, technical questions, or website maintenance.
