Job summary

A family-run refrigeration company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer.
  • Proven track record with various refrigeration systems and air conditioning units.
  • Full driving license required and ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine planned preventative maintenance.
  • Complete required documentation for maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while working.

Refrigeration / Airconditioning Service Experience
  • Monday – Friday

Responsibilities
  • Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and repairs.
  • Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance.
  • Complete all documents associated with reactive & planned preventative maintenance works.
  • Liaise closely with commercial clients to maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Work in a safe and controlled manner following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 (FGas).
  • Previously worked on a variety of Refrigeration Systems, Fridge, Freezers, Display Cabinets, Cold-rooms, Chillers.
  • Air‑conditioning experience on Split A/C Systems also VRV, AHU.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Skills.
  • Full Driving license.
  • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
