Job summary
A leading health support organisation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Lead Nurse to provide expert guidance and support in implementing the Health and Wellbeing strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of clinical experience and a professional nursing qualification. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in reducing health inequalities and improving care quality for individuals with mental health needs. The position requires flexibility in working hours and travel between locations.
Qualifications
- 4 years post registration clinical experience within Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Neurodiversity.
- Ability to provide leadership and expert guidance.
- Expertise in mental health-related support and policy updates.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on the Mental Health Act and related laws.
- Support person-centred care delivery tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct audits on mental health-related support and lead service improvement projects.
