Job summary

A leading health support organisation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Lead Nurse to provide expert guidance and support in implementing the Health and Wellbeing strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of clinical experience and a professional nursing qualification. The position requires flexibility in working hours and travel between locations.

Qualifications

  • 4 years post registration clinical experience within Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Neurodiversity.
  • Ability to provide leadership and expert guidance.
  • Expertise in mental health-related support and policy updates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on the Mental Health Act and related laws.
  • Support person-centred care delivery tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct audits on mental health-related support and lead service improvement projects.

Professional Nursing Qualification (RGN, RNLD, RMN)
