Job summary
A comprehensive law firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager for its Dundee office. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, conducting inspections, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of property management principles and a proven track record in maintaining high standards. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, ideally within a lettings function.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and regulations.
- Experience managing a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically managing a portfolio of properties.
- Conduct routine inspections every 6 months.
- Manage key corporate relationships and new business leads.
