What You'll Do
  • Lead all legal strategy including planning tribunals and appeals
  • Manage external legal counsel and reduce reliance on expensive firms
  • Develop compliance frameworks for B Corp and charity partnerships
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with landlords and partners
  • Advise leadership on risk management and regulatory matters
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE
  • Experience in planning law, agricultural law, or property litigation
  • Track record of winning complex planning cases
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in food sovereignty and community agriculture
