Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation

Customer Service Advisor

Location : Towpath, Chester

Salary :£23,842 per annum (£13.10 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours : Average of 35 hours per week (contracted to 1820 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.

We would also consider part time applications for the role working an average of 17.5 hours per week ( contracted to 910 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm. Salary of £11,921 per annum (£13.10 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

  • Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues.
  • A teamplayer who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Organisedand detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records.
  • Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods
  • No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.
  • Solutions orientated, with the ability to think on your feet.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
