Role Overview


  • Manage high-value property claims from start to finish, ensuring a customer‑centric and cost‑effective approach.

  • Operate from home, with travel across the UK as needed—company car provided.

  • Work within agreed financial authority limits and deliver exceptional service.


What We’re Looking For


  • Claims Expertise: Experience handling claims of £100,000 or more preferred.

  • Professional Qualifications: Cert CII or CILA required; working towards Dip CII is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting, and ABI report writing.

  • Building Knowledge: Familiarity with property reinstatement, building regulations, and tendering processes is advantageous.

  • Customer Commitment: Proven ability to manage claims end‑to‑end, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
