A leading UK tax advisory firm in Manchester seeks an Associate Director specializing in Capital Allowances. The role involves leading client engagements, developing junior team members, and managing significant real estate projects. Successful candidates will be RICS/CTA/ACA qualified, have Capital Allowances experience, and demonstrable business development skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team with rapid promotion potential.
This team works on a national basis so the role can be based in London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Cambridge, Reading, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leicester or Newcastle. This Real Estate team advises real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, the public sector, on investment into UK and pan-European real estate providing tax structuring, tax compliance and tax due diligence advice. They work in all real estate sectors including commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail and hotels. We advise on Stamp Taxes, Capital Gains, Inheritance Tax and every other related niche in this market.

Joining this firm as an Associate Director the minimum criteria you’ll need:
Preferably, you’ll also have demonstrable Business Development experience including working collaboratively with Partner and Director team to build relationships on key accounts.
