Assist in the creation and implementation of personalised behaviour plans tailored to individual student needs. Regularly monitor and document student progress, maintaining clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and guardians. Qualifications: Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused attitude. Ability to remain composed and professional during challenging situations.
