A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Coordinator based in Bellshill. This role involves managing calls for a fast-paced Helpdesk, logging calls, and assigning various resources. The ideal candidate should possess FM helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The position offers 24 days of annual leave, life cover, and opportunities for career development within a supportive environment. Working hours are Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a part‑time role working 17 hours over the weekend. On offer is a salary of £10,926.24 per annum and benefits package.
