A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a part-time Helpdesk Coordinator based in Bellshill. This role involves managing calls for a fast-paced Helpdesk, logging calls, and assigning various resources. The ideal candidate should possess FM helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a part‑time role working 17 hours over the weekend. On offer is a salary of £10,926.24 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
  • Answer calls for a growing multi‑contract fast‑paced Helpdesk.
  • Live call logging on internal CAFM systems.
  • Assigning and dispatching to various resources via multiple channels.
  • Work to service level agreements preventing financial penalties to the business.
  • Issue reports to internal and external clients/customers using in‑house system.
  • Pro‑actively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the required SLA.
  • First‑line support for our electric vehicle charging (GeniePoint) customer.
  • Action requests via various channels.
  • Administration tasks as required by the business.
