A leading facilities management provider is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator in Bellshill. This full-time position involves managing a busy helpdesk, providing first-line support, and ensuring service level agreements are met. The ideal candidate will have FM helpdesk experience, excellent attention to detail, and customer service skills. Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £24,102 per annum and a benefits package.
