Job summary
A well-respected real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. You will have a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, along with a car allowance, performance-related bonus, and a minimum of 25 days holiday. The ideal candidate should have a strong rating background and excellent communication skills.

Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK.
Our client is looking to appoint suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor – Associate or Senior level – to be based in the Manchester / Northwest region.
- Rating background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
- Valuation Office Agency (VOA) employees welcome to apply
- Rounded experience and demonstrable technical competence of Rating / Business Rates
- Understanding of relevant market and local knowledge
- MRICS / FRICS / IRRV qualified
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios
- Organised, focused and high attention to detail
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector
- Valid UK driving licence.
