A law firm in Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their friendly team. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks such as opening files, processing correspondence, and managing documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of conveyancing experience and strong organizational skills. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining home and office work.

As members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), we’re serious about the quality of our work. We work with private clients, estate agents, and intermediaries both locally and nationally, and we’re a trusted Panel law firm for many high-street banks and lenders.
The role
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our busy team, assisting with a range of administrative tasks, including opening and closing files, processing correspondence, and managing case documents.
You’ll use various portals such the Land Registry, LMS, and lender exchange, to keep everything running smoothly, and you’ll be the friendly point of contact for clients, ensuring they get the best possible service.

This role falls within our hybrid working arrangements, which incorporate elements of working from home combined with office-based working.
