Job description
Looking to join a friendly and supportive residential conveyancing team? We’re looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing assistant to support our team of lawyers in either our Bradford or Huddersfield office — and we’d love to hear from you.

Our Conveyancing team prides itself on providing a smooth, personal service that offers great value to our clients. As members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), we’re serious about the quality of our work. We work with private clients, estate agents, and intermediaries both locally and nationally, and we’re a trusted Panel law firm for many high-street banks and lenders.

The role

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our busy team, assisting with a range of administrative tasks, including opening and closing files, processing correspondence, and managing case documents.

You’ll use various portals such the Land Registry, LMS, and lender exchange, to keep everything running smoothly, and you’ll be the friendly point of contact for clients, ensuring they get the best possible service.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years experience in conveyancing
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with case management systems (ideally P4W)
  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, accurate, and methodical approach to your work
  • Great communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • A proactive attitude and a team player mindset

This role falls within our hybrid working arrangements, which incorporate elements of working from home combined with office-based working.

How to apply:

If you’re ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career and enjoy working in a supportive, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

If you have the skills and experiences we are looking for and this sounds like a career opportunity you would like to pursue, we would like to hear from you.
