Join a team of experts and progressive thinkers

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading national law firm. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers in our Property team. This role is based in our Birmingham office, with hybrid working.

The role
  • Be involved in all aspects of the day to day activities for our lawyers in the Property team
  • Play a key role in the care of our clients
  • Take internal and external telephone queries
  • Monitor incoming post and emails
  • Assist with the billing and credit control process
  • Arrange and carry out administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending letters, and data entry
  • Arrange general and electronic filing and record keeping
  • Please note that this role does not involve dictation/typing
