You will:* Develop and maintain production and material plans, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed.* Collaborate closely with team leaders, program managers, and buyers to ensure alignment and effective communication.* Manage capacity planning processes and lead regular production review meetings.* Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals of over £205 million. **Your Key Responsibilities*** Load customer demands into the Master Production Schedule.* Planner workbench activities to optimise efficiency.* Report on material availability, job progress, and inventory management.* Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a culture of collaboration and mutual success.* Develop innovative solutions to process challenges, always aligning with company objectives. **Your Skills & Experience****We’re looking for someone with:*** Strong MRP II planning skills and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.* **Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally with ERP systems.*** **Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.*** **Familiarity with complex bills of material and routings (advantageous).*** **APICS or Institute of Operations Management qualifications (desirable but not essential)**You’ll be part of a supportive team of eight Operations Planners and assistants, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our business.
