A leading aerospace company based in Kidderminster is seeking a Commercial Officer to manage commercial contracts and negotiations with customers. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, creating bids, and reducing commercial risks. Ideal candidates will have relevant degree qualifications, at least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers the possibility of hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Roxel is an Anglo-French Company that designs, develops and manufactures a range of solid propellant rocket motors for use in tactical missiles. Its operations are spread across several sites in the UK and France and it has an annual turnover of about £250M and nearly 1000 staff, with 300 in the UK.
The UK operations are entirely based at Summerfield, Kidderminster where we now have a requirement for a Commercial Officer.
The Commercial & Bid Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of contracts and commercial agreements between Roxel UK and its customers. The Commercial Officer’s responsibility is to ensure that professional standards of commercial practice are maintained on behalf of Roxel. The Commercial Officer is responsible for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and customers during the generation of bids and agreeing contracts.
